> Removed some debug information from the left panel.
> Added a number indicator by the health bar to show how much extra lives you have above the starting 3.
> Increased difficulty ramp up slightly. (Difficulty will get harder, quicker)
> Increased powerup spawn delay. (From 5 seconds to 8)
